Snow flies do what they will
Not with stingers or with wings
Light gliders drifting in the still
Not irritating like gnats on strings
Caught in the dazzle of sun rays
Hints of snow fly up then stall
Carousing drunkenly sideways
Sparkling as they gradually fall
Fleeting without notice⦠ceasing
Discontinuing their hypnotic spell
Dimmed by clouds that are increasing
Drifts conceal where the fliers fell
