The comfort and care
of a parent
is what I should see
within your eyes
but instead
it is only hate and rage
that dwells in your gaze
both are glaring at me
is it I who made you eyes change
what is it that I did
for you lost the comfort and care look
when I was born
is it that
is it that I was born
did I ruin your life
was I the one who made you hate
made your eyes be filled with rage
that is the only reason I see
am I blind to the real reason
or is it true
for I see your eyes soften
once you look away from me
but as soon as your gaze falls unto me
your eyes flare with anger and hate
I can see you mind fill with rage
what is it I have done
please tell me so I can fix it
for I would give anything
for you to look at me even just once
with your eyes filled with comfort and care
with the look of a loving parent
please tell me
so I can try to fix it
I will try with all my might
but I can not fix something
when I do not know what I broke
