Inner beauty or outer beauty,
Which do you prefer?
Looks or character,
Don’t they differ?
On the spur of a moment,
What if I asked you these questions?
Do you have beautiful friends or
do they really need amends?
We call mother nature beautiful but yet,
I ask you is it really beautiful?
Does it have a good heart or
Good values?
Have we forgotten what beauty is?
What is beauty?
Beauty is character
And not looks,
Like it says so in some books
Or television programmes.
But why do we fail to realize that?
Is it because the dictionary does not state that?
Or because we do not want to accept
Such a meaning?
If I asked you to take a glance at Emma Watson,
Would you claim that she is as beautiful as Boston?
More beautiful than that would be the answer but why?
God made us in his own image so
Aren’t we all born beautiful?
The name Ugly Betty isn’t logical but more tragical.
Shouldn’t it be called Beautiful Betty? Is everyone so poor in their English to not know the difference between beautiful and ugly?
Are all female celebrities beautiful?
Or are they really the opposite-ful?
Does make-up make them beautiful?
If it does, then we should all put it, then we will all be beautiful. The word ugly will be preserved.
Men most usually want to marry beautiful women.
Beautiful in what way? What sense?
Beautiful because they can qualify for Miss Universe
Or beautiful because they have good morals?
Think about it. If God gave you a choice between being
Drop-dead gorgeous but totally atrocious and ‘beautiful’ but pretty, what would your answer be?
