They sang only for you, inspired by devotion alone.
They did not seek name or fame from the world.
I know not what unconditional devotion is.
I know not composing devotional songs too.
But, for these lines full of all kinds of blunders,
My mind seeks applause from the world!
Sri Ramanujar severed the bond with his wife,
Since her words and deeds were against his path!
Give me sword of wisdom-
To cut the ties with my invisible mind,
Which drags me always away from you.
