A lady to me once said,
death may rear his ugly head.
I said but why would death be so unfair,
to someone who is so kind and cares.
She said it is not death that you must fear,
but the life on earth that you live here.
For on earth i have only been a vessel in gods hands,
to try and meet what he may command.
So if you say i have been so kind and fair,
i hope that he may meet me there.
And as i gaze from above,
i hope that as your time comes near i might here,
But why would death take someone so kind and fair,
for then i shall smile and know.
That we will both be basking in gods glow.
