The lie echoes slowly
through your open
feathered lips,
and I understand the reasons and why
the anger
Has not eclipsed,
Because moon light does not die;
Denial glares illumination,
Fear is the cover,
The depressed message flees the frustration
On the glass floor sailing over
In light waves on the deeper sea of eyes
Where the brittle bottle’s cap cannot reveal
Freud’s insight drifting outward cries
Tongue’s slip to the top blown off inside.
