Everything has been done before
Everything has been thought before
Do you notice when a baby is bright
We all say he's been here before.
There is nothing new in our world anymore
Or should I say this realm
Isn't it about time we lifted ourselves spiritually
Not with religion God forbid but you at the helm.
We can all take a moment to centre ourselves
A tad of silence would be good
You may even meet like-minded folks there
In the emptiness of abstract thought.
It's like prayers without the baggage
Meditation is good for the soul
Raise your conscious awareness
Live life to the full and the whole.
But we can only do it together.
