I caught you dozing the other day
My breath caught in my throat
Your beauty still radiant after a lifetime together
I stepped into the kitchen quick to exhale.
Then I heard a noise that lady's don't make
Popped my head round the corner
You'd roused and said ' I knew you were back.'
'I heard you fart! ' I never had the heart to tell her.
She'd woken herself up with her own fart!
