Everyday, see you from afar
You’re like a bright, twinkling star
So close to me, near enough to reach
Yet so far, far away from me.
To you I’m just another girl
To me you’re not, and it hurts.
You never see me though I’m here
You never give me worth.
When I see you with her
My whole world’s just a blur.
I can’t do nothing but to stare
Like a ghost, like I’m never there.
This pain is killing me so
Like a knife, stabbing through my soul.
My love for you’s nothing but true
How I wish you would love me too.
