Looking out towards my new future,
I can no longer see anymore torture.
Now blessed with the gifts of sharing and caring,
Slowly entering into my life, my hearts declaring.
With my new ventures available for me to take in life,
Carefully I will walk that sharp edged knife.
Knowing it's lessons have in the past cut quite deep,
Essences of life blood will finally cease to seep.
For much to much has already been shed,
Repeating my mistakes is what I dred.
A stop to this senseless cycle is my wish,
Desires of strength and wisdom are upon my dish.
How thankful I am of all the lessons I've learned.
Opening the door to lifes rewards waiting to be earned.
Journeys requiring an open mind as I search to and fro,
My passion urging me to look for the end to my rainbow.
