Time passes on without a care
But I, the fixation of your perpetual stare
Will always know, will always see

Exposed and silent, I cannot withdaw
My eyes away from this exchange of soul
You're all I need to make me feel whole
The sensation of peace that pours from your glance
Puts my worries at ease, my mind in a trance
Incredibly simple, soft, and somber
If I could only keep my eyes open a little bit longer
Entraced in our stare, for a moment I cry
A single tear falls from my eyes
I close them shut and whisper in his ear,
Something so simple: 'I love you, my dear.'
In that moment I know I will always see
Love looking at you
