The stars,
they fall around me
Yet never hit the ground.
The flowers,
they are blooming
In the wind, without a sound.
The sun rises,
To a lonely world
Where nothing makes sense.
Dream catchers
Still hold the nightmares,
And no one has a chance.
There's screaming
From a window.
A little girl is dead
Found early in this morning
With a bullet in her head.
The poets,
they keep writing
To keep the world alive, And leaving us behind,
But it's ending
With the pressure.
