Every step, every turn
Every thing was the same
Everyone the same
I had no interest in you, nor anyone else
For a long time I was alone
I didn’t mind I was living for me
Day by day
Night by night
Living what I thought was life
I don’t know what changed my mind
But I saw something in you
I wasn’t sure what it was
I took my chance, went against what I knew
I began to figure out what I saw
I found something new
It wasn’t the same anymore
I started to see things differently
You opened my eyes
You showed me love
