i went through life wondering about
what the future would hold
would i be dirt poor or
would i have lots of gold
my child hood ended up being messy
as things started to collapse
my family falling apart
no time for the relapse
my parents got divorced
my sister and i were given away
to foster homes and families
never had a place to stay
my father suddenly died
from a heart disease
my mother on the other hand
has bipolar head to feet
my sister thinks she is depressed
why am i the only one that can see
the world can be a happy place
frighten free
