The shame and regret
Will disappear

My parents will finally be proud
Of me for whatever i choose to do
I wonder when
Heartbreak will be a part of the past
And happiness is in my future
I wonder when
The face in the mirror
Will be my own
I wonder when
I'll know who I am
And where I'm going
I wonder when
People will care about me
The same way i care about them
I wonder when
People will love me
And not the person I pretend to be
I wonder when
This life is over
If anyone will notice I'm not here
