in the city
the smog rises
heavenwards,
making distance
invisible and opaque
and visibly invisible
with its dense grey palor.
but a smog in the mind,
is a constant reminder
of a blank wall
in front of you,
which does not fade,
till cleansed by the fire
of knowledge,
and egoless, humble attitude.
when ego steps in,
illusion forms in mind,
making man into a bundle
of negative emotions
about his self.
i presides before we and us
in mind,
causing disharmony,
in the art of living.
look through the smog,
with inward eyes, which
will reveal the jewels
in the crown.!
