Friday says I'm sorry for the pain that you've been through
Saturday says I've missed you, please write again soon
Sunday finds it's voice, like a velvet gloved boon
Monday brings the longing, so strange to you and me
Tuesday has it's doubts, this love can never be
Wednesday is acceptance that we feel the same thing,
and we want a thousand more days
no matter what they bring
