If I can't be with you,
What will become of my heart?
Will it burst from the pressure of loves' blood that is not allowed to flow?
Should not this sanguine elixir nourish the body as well as the soul?
Perhaps my heart will shrink and turn hard from endless days of waiting, feeding only on scraps of affection doled out by your chaste hand.
It's not enough that you love me-
I need you to choose me.
But, you won't.
You don't.
