Britain's got a brand new talent
Her name is Susan Boyle,
They all waited to laugh at her
On the show they thought she'd spoil.
She stood there on the stage that night
Alone and full of fear,
The audiance just could not wait
To laugh at her and sneer.
The music started, they all smirked
Putting her through torture,
But when she sang the very first line
Not one note could they faulter.
They gasped, they cheered, with all their might
They knew that they were wrong.
This woman had a lovely voice
She could really sing that song.
She sang out like an angel
Her voice so sweet and pure,
No one will laugh at her again
She showed them the door.
The door that's always open
The door that's like no other.
The door that show's us not to judge
A book like it's cover.
People just judge other's
Before finding what's inside,
They take away their courage
They take away their pride.
So before you judge someone again
Just think what this might mean,
And remember Susan Boyle
Who is now living her dream.
