My fallen beauty
Of whispered words
Hardly heard in the cacophony
Of the day
And yet it lingers in the background
And the constant shadows
All at once I heard the strings
That sang to me
Now they're so out of tune
My fallen beauty
Why have you gone?
I'm left with the integument of stars
And withering memories
You were the sun that shined
The summer days that would never end
Where are you?
