In God's Holy Presence
we could not stand
Before Him
we all would fall
Overcome, trembling
and shaken
By His Holiness
overawed
In His Presence
our bodies so puny
Like ants
thrown into the sun
Liquified, melting
like gold in the fire
Impurities cleansed
by His Son
We stand together
when worshipping
We stand as if in awe
But if God walked in
to Sunday Church
We'd be worshipping
from the floor.
