Today is battered,
bound in fears and filled with griefs;
today is smitten,
bruised within and burried in pains,
when the tides of life
humbled this day in defeat,
carcasses of dreams fell in parts
upon the ground tomorrow will tread;
And so, today's torn;
afraid for tomorrow's lot,
if surrounded by foes;
how would tomorrow rise?
Tell today tomorrow will rise,
above it's woes and foes alike;
tell today tomorrow will live,
and so, would our dreams with it;
tell today tomorrow will rise,
high above the storms of life....
