There so many things that happen in this world and we lose focus
We forget the one who picked us up, Jesus
The more we try to get closer to Him,
The further we get from His throne
We don't know why things happen
And why we feel so alone
Yet we know that there's something greater out there
We just don't know where
We search, we seek
Our body is weary and meek
We ask God why
It's too hard to get by!
The Lord says,
Though you should walk through the valley of the shadow of death
You shall fear no evil
Cuz you hold my breath
We trust in Your ways
And we keep moving forward
We walk forward and never look back
The devil can't do jack
The devil's on crack
To think he can touch one of us
I guess he doesn't remember
That we've been saved by Jesus
Don't think twice
Take a step of faith
Our Savior is Christ
Don't worry about the worries to come
We'll get by one by one
God has said it is done
Give a little prayer and believe
You will achieve
The devil's a liar
So i set him on fire
While he walks dead and I in life
For i walk with Jesus Christ
