In the initial beginning of acclaims
There was a statement about darkness
There was a statement about light
All thought lived saw their wonder
Some loved the confusion about darkness
Other then their reality in the light
In dark their story had no vision
The secrets it held could be hid
Light gave its view about things
Its living actuality could be said
So darkness covered their wickedness
Their act of wrong had no doubt
Suddenly a mystery out of no where
The truth or falseness of its fact
A question they have to address now
Its light gave illusive hearts and minds
So they gave new titles to it
Call it a portal to the dead
The deep, a bottomless pit and Tartarus
Then came one from shadows
E Pluribus Unum
Another opinion of things said
Unto him became them allied
To whom the unknown host honor befell
Darkness became known to all
Not able to hide its snares
(Darkness being doubt
The light its reality)
