I lay in bed
late at night,
I'm crying
My daddy has beat
me
I count the bruises and
broken bones, 'til I
fall asleep
Another night of crying
and pain
is yet to come
My daddyies drunk again
he beats me
'til I bleed
I'm laying here bleeding
crying out for
help, no one hears my crys
I lay here slowly fading
tomorrow it will
happen again
