A green spinach banana smoothie is a quick (just three minutes) way to get in a decent breakfast or to charge you up after a workout.

Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- Good handful of spinach (approx. 100g Spinach)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 300ml unsweetened soy milk (or milk or water)

Directions:
- Easy as hell - throw everything together and blend!
