After a wild week that included an overnight stay in jail, actor Shia LeBeouf is undergoing treatment for alcoholism.
Through a statement his publicist says the actor has voluntarily sought outpatient care for addiction to alcohol.
LaBeouf's career has been overshadowed by behavior that has included attending a red carpet premiere at February's Berlin International Film Festival wearing a brown paper bag.
On June 27th the actor was arraigned in New York on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment after police said he interrupted a Broadway performance of "Cabaret."
