With a little help from his friends, Ringo Starr has entered the fashion business, teaming up with John Varvatos for the American designer's Fall ad campaign.
The launch outside the Capitol Records building in Los Angeles, kicks off a multi-pronged marketing initiative that will support the Ringo Starr Peace & Love Fund.
On the charitable end, for every person who shares a photo of themselves flashing the peace sign via social media accompanied by the hashtag PEACEROCKS, one dollar will be donated to help people suffering from epidemic levels of chronic stress.

The fundraising aspect goes through the end of 2014.
