Take a walk on the beach on the Channel Island of Jersey and you may stumble across works of art. Andy Coutanche has turned the island into a huge open-air gallery. He draws huge patterns in the sand - or paints with light. The whole island meanwhile knows him as the "Jersey Sandman".
