in the tears of a clown
i cry not just for myself
but the inturnal death
of what is called life
in the tears of a clown
i yearn for importance
that can satisfy my depression
that makes my life miserible
but i'll smile like im ok
for the sake of everyone else
in the tears of a clown
i shed a sinlge tear because
i feel like the clown in life
can't do nothing right
always hiding behind a mask
to hide the truth the sorrow
that silently kills me
in the tears of a clown
i go around and make a
life of making others smile
while suffering behind mask
but they will never know
because... i hide behind the mask of a clown that
hides the tears because emotions
is the same as weakness in my eyes...
i will not live life that way...
