For this flower bow just trace patterns into felt and one at a time flip the patterns over to draw a circle. Then using a needle and thread stitch around in a circle. Pull the stitches tightly so the flower bunches up. Do this exact same thing with all three pieces.
Once you have all three pieces it's time to assemble them. Biggest one goes on the bottom and smallest one on top. Then all we need to do is add a place for the hair clip to rest on and glue it to the back of the flower. Then grab your line clip, hot glue it and place it over the back.
