Ingredients:
1 Ltr Milk
Juice Of 1 Lemon/ Vinegar/ Yogurt
Procedure:
1. Boil milk.
2. Pour lemon juice
3. Let the milk split
4. Take a bowl of cold water
5. Moisten the muslin cloth and place over bowl
6. Pour the curdled milk
7. Squeeze out the water
8. Put a heavy article on top of it and leave for a little while.
9. Cut paneer into pieces
