Ingredients
1 tamarind soaked in ½ a cup of water
2 tbsp of dried neem flowers
2 red chillies
1 tsp of mustard seeds
¼ tsp of moong dal (green gram)
Curry leaves
Hing (asafoetida) dissolved in water
1 tbsp ghee
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
