Ingredients
1 Litre Milk
300-350gm Milkmaid
100g Basmati Rice
2 Tbsp Almond And Pistachio Chopped
1 Tbsp Rose Water
Tips
1. Before adding sugar or rice to the milk, heat the milk first.
2. Wash the rice, spread it on a cloth and let it dry. Heat a little ghee in a pan, and mix the rice in the ghee. Once the rice has cooled, half crush it in a mixer and then cook it.
3.If one is using an aluminium utensil then keep stirring or else the ingredients will stick to the bottom of the utensil
