Ingredients:
250g of kabuli chana (white chole) with 100g of chana dal pressure cooked 2 cardamoms and green chillies
2 small tomatoes pureed
1 ½ onion grated
2 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)
2 tsp of jeera powder (cumin powder)
2 tsp of dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 tsp of amchur powder (dry mango powder)
Salt to taste
1 tsp of garam masala
2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 ½ - 2 tbsp anardana seeds (pomegranate seeds)
2 boiled potatoes (optional)
3 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
Coriander for garnish
Remainder water of the pressure cooked kabuli chana for cooking
