1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
2 onions finely chopped
2 potatoes finely chopped
coriander to cook and garnish
1 tomato finely chopped
1 bowl green peas
1 tsp mix masala/red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp grated ginger garlic
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
salt to taste
