LONDON (Dunya News) – Issuing last warning to own party’s members of national and provincial assembly and office bearers, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday said that the workers must be treated with respect and dignity, Dunya News reported.
Altaf Hussain also formed a committee to assess assets of the MNAs, MPAs and office bearers.
MQM Coordination Committees held sessions in both London and Karachi in which all office bearers were given ‘last warning’ and were told not to treat ordinary workers as servants.
Altaf Hussain also reiterated his emphasis on creating new provinces for better administration in the country.
In a statement issued from London, it was told that a joint session with regards to reformations within MQM took place in both London and Karachi in which important decisions were taken.
MQM chief also formed the committee to audit the assets and financials of the office bearers. He directed all the MQM MNAs, MPAs and office bearers to produce the record from the day they joined MQM till date before the committee.
Altaf Hussain said that creating new provinces will not weaken the federation because new provinces are the need of the hour.
He said that no one objects on the call for creation of new provinces but when it comes to Sindh, threats about bloodshed in Sindh surface.
