This is the fourth and final segment in a series of videos CSAC produced looking at the planning, response and recovery efforts in Napa and Solano Counties that allowed them to manage the August, 2014 earthquake and its aftermath. In this segment we look at the recovery effort, and how Napa is managing to "get back to normal" even with several buildings and facilities still unusable.
