Sammilito Islami Dal Samuho, a coalition of four Islamist groups, has threatened to enforce a daylong hartal countrywide on October 26 if sacked Posts and Telecommunications Minister Abdul Latif Siddique is not arrested by October 22 for his disparaging remarks against Hajj.
