Mumbai: BJP has left both the NCP (Nationalist Congress Party) and Shiv Sena guessing as the decision over the government formation will be taken after Diwali. Sources says, backroom talks are on between Shiv Sena and the BJP over government formation in the state, with the former bargaining hard in return of their support.
