I read a quote by Richard Nixon
Even if you hate him, please just listen,
This saying remains ever so true,
He said 'Always remember others may hate you, '
But no he wasn't finished speaking just then
He continued, 'but those who hate you don't win, '
He kept his speech firm and fairly short and trim,
saying 'unless you hate them.'
and this is what I read from a book upon my bookshelf
as he spoke more, saying 'And then you destroy yourself.'
And supposing you couldn't understand, let me declare,
it's a quote of his that speaks the truth, fair and square.
