As I wake up in the morning to see
The morning sun shining on me
With the warmth of the sun rays
You can tell it's going to be a beautiful day
Smell the fresh flowers starting to grow
And the sky so clear that it shows
The grass is starting to become green
What a sight this is to me
The birds making a peaceful melody
Seeing people going out
Enjoying the nice weather no doubt
This is our first day of spring
Everyone is in a good mood as they sing
Take this day and cherish it with your heart
This is a new day just from the start
