Why can't I feel joy and harmony
Why do I feel as if chaos is unfurled

I can't see the path of joy
I've lost my heart to the reckless sort
I feel used like a discarded toy
A pawn taken advantage of, like in a court

No one to tend and heal my wounds
I'm wrapped in a ball of misery, abandoned and curled

I seem unconsciously lost in a dark abyss
In a black void at the center of my core
The frigid cold greeted me on the cheek with a fatal kiss
I have gone beyond death and crave nothing more
Why do I feel so alone in the world
As if I dig a grey pit, a pitiful grave
Where by the forces of sorrow I'd be hurled
