If I were in charge of the world…
I’d cancel seafood,
Economy problems,
Shots, and also
Demanding parents.
If I were in charge of the world…
There’d be brighter night-lights,
Homes for all animals big and small, and
Kids would always get their way.
If I were in charge of the world…
You wouldn’t have lonely.
You wouldn’t have hurt.
You wouldn’t have bedtimes.
Or, “You’re pushing the limits! ”
You wouldn’t even have any limits!
If I were in charge of the world…
Candy would be a fruit,
All Harry Potter movies would be rated G
And a child who liked to punch,
And didn’t eat their lunch,
Would still be equal to any adult,
And be in charge of the world!
