What eyes?
What cries?
What lies?
You lounge hiding in your ivory tower
Plucking petals from a bleeding flower
Shielding yourself from its heart's bleeds
Ruling with iron fist with misguided creeds
Here lie dead your children in your streets
Feeding on your bullets for sweets
Another tyrant sucking blood
Junkie living on power's crud
And how long you think you can last?
History's lessons will cast
You like the ones before you
And all the ones after you
To unmarked graves of revolutionary road
Tyranny's diminishing last episode
Wake up to the winds of 21st century
Your kind relics of ancient trajectory
For the spirit of freedom and equality
Owns no tyrant any debt or apology
Freedom yielding seeds free to grow
Unleashed always from God's hand
Into the soils of each fertile land
Your end Bashar of Syria just matter of time
History's one more lesson in a runaway crime
Leaking Pen
