Mine angel, I lovest thou
For thou art a conundrum,
And a sonnet, simultaneously,
Intricately layered,
An inspiration, in poem and thought,
beautiful beyond the masses
of fair maidens
Thine long, brown hair
Reflecteth in mine memory
As of an angel in heaven
Thine eyes of green, like emeralds,
Glowing as though
The sun were such a hue
Thy face, of purity and youth;
Thou holdest mine hope
and well-spring of thought
Ever astonishing
and always in mine heart
If thou wilt holdest a mirror to mine heart
Within mine soul thou'd peer
finding purest heartache
that I canst not findest thou near
Timelessly, agest thou not;
Thou art youthful in spirit
Thou art ever in mine heart
