Similarly both
Saw through love
Life's worth.
Just for us alone
This world
Almighty God
Brought forth,
We did every
Beauty magnify,
As description
That defy!
A problem giant
We were sure
Easily to surmount!
From hope's debris
It was our wont,
To extrapolate
A rosy prospect,
We also made haste
Our whims to reciprocate!
For example take
For each other's sake
Each other's advantage
Enviably ready we were
To put on the stake.
How failed we then
That grain to sustain
When honeymoon
Made a bridgehead
To marriage's strain?
