Wang Qian - Untied Boat

2014-10-29 12 Dailymotion

Over an afternoon tea,
The wind sliding like touching
Across the green screens of bamboos
To the quiet lake
Where mandarin ducks chase.

The Untied Boat,
Casting the lady's shadow
Like a lover
With tender affection
To the autumn mirror.
The water hiding smiles from the center.

There isn't a rope
To tie the untitled love,
The leaf of boat,
The stone's heart,
Awake dews shivering on the lotus' palm.

The classical pavilion of
A sailing soul
Sailing to the south
Towards a land
The sun is surrounded by his dotted daughters
The moon is giving birth to reflected warmth.

A cup of time
Once was haunted
By secret steps
Disappears so fast.
