Hey guys, I wanted to share with you one of the best transformations I've ever seen.
This is Heiko. 2012 he had an accident and broke his ankle. He had to wear a splint for one year and gained 20 kg. On top of that he lost his Job.
One thing led to another and he found my video on youtube.
That was when his journey started.
