Mexican authorities arrested the two major suspects in the disappearance of 43 students from the Ayotzinapa Teachers Training College, the former mayor of Iguala, José Luis Abarca and his wife Maria de los Angeles Pineda. They are accused of being the intellectual authors behind the police decision to attack and kidnap the students on September 26.
